Ancient man wondered at the stars, using them to guide their travel across vast oceans and deserts. That all changed when one of those stars drew closer and closer to Earth, entering the atmosphere in a blaze of flame.

The breathing blue lights of the object hovered over the earth, jettisoning pieces of itself, yet it did not diminish in its form. These smaller crafts touched down on the surface, bringing forth tall, slender beings that had no mouths yet communicated with visions.

The king and his people, clinging to dusty camps as they fended off predatory animals and rival tribes, were gifted one such vision. They saw a vast and thriving kingdom built along a coursing river that snaked around stone objects like the one that hovered above.

The beings telepathed a blueprint to construct these buildings that would stand the test of time. These monuments would be admired for generations and serve as the tombs of kings. Known as the Great Pyramids, a faction of Egyptologists argue they were modeled after an object not of this earth. They call it the Apex Replica.
